		Two prisons re-designated from semi-open to closed - 11 Feb 09
		The National Offender Management Service (NOMS) has announced that HMP/YOI Drake Hall and HMP Morton Hall will be re-designated from 'semi-open' to 'closed' prisons with effect from 2 March 2009.
