Bridging the Gap Bridging the Gap
Bridging the Gap aims to help discharged prisoners settle back into the community. This site offers advice and information to prisoners, their families, prison and probation staff, students, academics and interested members of the public.

CRI aims to create safer communities by enabling people to develop the potential to lead purposeful, stable and crime-free lives.
Depaul Trust Depaul Trust
Depaul Trust prison projects offer advice, advocacy, immediate support and routes into the community for young people leaving prison; and preventative work to help stop young people ending up in prison, or to help reduce re-offending.

freeasabird offers online peer support and information to women coming out of the Criminal Justice System. The website features a discussion network where women ex-offenders can share stories and advice, a directory of over 500 resettlement organisations in London searcheable by borough and resettlement need and a series of films made by women ex-offenders showing how they turned their lives around.

The Langley House Trust is a national charity and registered social landlord providing supported accommodation and resettlement services for ex-offenders, including those who may be hard to place.
Nacro, the crime reduction charity Nacro, the crime reduction charity
Nacro are a crime reduction charity making society safer by finding practical solutions to reducing crime and working to give ex-offenders the help they need to build a better future. They also run a free resettlement helpline to ex-offenders, their families and friends.
New Bridge Foundation New Bridge Foundation
New Bridge offers a wide range of programmes to help prisoners keep in touch with the outside world and prepare themselves to rejoin it. The volunteers visit prisoners who have lost contact with family and friends and offer resettlement advice and courses.

The 'Prison Liaison Project' is a community-based project which aims to ensure that resettlement staff who have responsibility for Liverpool prisoners, have access to information and advice on services available in Liverpool.

The Prison Advice and Care Trust offers help, support and mentoring for prisoners, ex-offenders, and their children and families.
RESET RESET
A national partnership working to change the face of resettlement for young offenders and part funded by the European Social Fund, under the Equal initiative. Led by the young people's charity, Rainer, the project aims to drive real change around resettlement policy and practice across the UK.
